A booking is a request
Sending the form doesn't confirm anything on its own. Oracle reviews it and comes back to you, and the trip is only agreed once he has confirmed it in writing.
Prices are estimates
Every figure on this site is an estimate in CFA francs (XOF) based on the rates shown. Accommodation and transport prices depend on availability on your dates. Oracle's rates are negotiable, and the final price is the one the two of you agree.
Paying
Nothing is charged through this website. Payment is arranged directly with Oracle — usually Mobile Money, bank transfer or cash — on terms you agree together.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change; tell Oracle as early as you can and he'll work with you. Any deposit terms are whatever the two of you agreed when the trip was confirmed.
Travel documents and health
Visas, passports, vaccinations (yellow fever is required for Benin) and travel insurance are your own responsibility. Oracle will point you in the right direction, but he can't obtain them for you.
Sites and conditions
Some visits depend on weather, water levels, road conditions or the permission of the communities involved. Where a site can't be visited, Oracle will propose an alternative.
